There was a time when Khalid Mir Jatt was amongst the most well-known plastic industrialists in Pakistan. But in 2014, everything changed for the entrepreneur. Talk about climate change started to reign the world and he realized how much damage he is causing to the region around him. Hence, Khalid Mir Jatt chose the environment over wealth and shut down his business of producing plastic bags. He instead, turned to his grandfather’s artisan business of creating handicrafts.
